OUR RUNNING RACES: Come for the RUN....stay for the FUN.
5K Course- 6:00pm START
The 5k course will start at the MAIN STAGE with our DJ Alvin kicking it off with EYE OF THE TIGER...all 5k and 10k Runners leave together...1.5 miles up a gradual hill on the bike path...then back down (Water and KOOL-Aid Stop at theTOP) then back down...10k runners add 1 more loop...a criterium style course. Smooth track, bike path and no way to get lost. ALL AGES and WALKERS welcome. No time limit.
10k- 2 loops- 6:00pm
10k Runners also run with the 5k crowd, but do 2 loops. Burning more calaries, means 1 more beer and pizza slice at the finish.
Race is limited to 400 TOTAL because of narrow course.
KIDS MILE- 7:30pm
Kids 3-12 years old can also learn what the 80s were really like...no phomnes, social media or Spotify. Records 8-tracks and really bad fashion and haircuts. 1 mile. Kids 3-6, we prefer parents to run with kids...older, can run alone.
