OUR RUNNING RACES: Come for the RUN....stay for the FUN.
1/2 Marathon Course- 5:00pm START
The HALF MARATHON course will start at the MAIN STAGE with our DJ Alvin kicking it off with EYE OF THE TIGER...all 5k and 10k Runners leave together..Flat the 2 miles...then a fast hill to the top for the 1st Water Stop...then heading out to Lafayette on the trails for a pretty EVENING RUN as the sun sets in the West--runners will be making their way back into Louisville for the last 5 miles FLAT as a pancake.
Water stops at 4 locations....so well supported and plenty of GATORADE.
10k- West/East- 6:00
10k Runners also run with the 5k crowd, but a loop out West..then back the start finish...and then the second loop out East. Music will be jammin at the Turn around. Burning more calaries, means 1 more beer and pizza slice at the finish.
Race is limited to 400 TOTAL because of narrow course.
5k- Westward (flat)
The 5k Run is 100% Flat and fast....come as the 80s & learn what the 80s were really like...no phones, social media or Spotify or ear buds. Maybe you still have a WALKMAN? East Course and strollers and dogs allowed. Kool aid and Gatorade on course
