COSTUME CONTESTS on the STAGE (9:00PM intermission)
Most runners come in some style or costume to fit their theme...or ATLEAST grab the most bright item they have in the closet. So grab the leg warmers, spandex or parachute pants and tall striped socks and come in costume. We will have an intermission during the Concert for the results and winners. We will have several categories to win.
MOST ORIGINAL
Look lijke a past Movie Star or Actor or Athlete...come as they would have been in the 1980's and be part of the MOST ORIGINAL costume contests.
BEST GROUP or BAND
Are you and your friends coming together? Or does your family resembe THE SIMPSONS? We wil have a category for the BEST GROUP (2 or more people) are you Starsky and Hutch or Milli-Vanilli or maybe even WHAM!!!!

DANCE CONTEST
Dancing was the best part of the 80s...with our Junior High and High School Friday Night dances, Live bands and then DJ's. There was a special STYLE of dancing in the 1980's to Prince, Madonna and WHAM...
Be one of our 10 chosen dancers to make it on stage and be voted: THE BEST 80's DANCER, and win prizes and drinks.

We will play 5 seconds of 4 different songs. You choose between 1980-1989 of choosing WHAT YEAR these songs were popular on on the HIT CHARTS...it isn't as easy as you think/
Finish the Lyrics
Did you SING every song in the shoewer back in the 1980s? Then we need you.
Made popular by a TV SHOW....we will play 15 seconds of a song and the 3 on stage will compete who can SING the next 3-4-5 or 6 words to continue the lyrics of the song....If they are incorrect, they lose.

5k & 10k- Starts at 6:00pm
FREE CONCERT @ FINISH: 8:00pm-10:00pm
